Valencia Borough is a small borough located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. It is situated approximately 20 miles north of Pittsburgh and is part of the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. The borough was incorporated in 1891 and has a population of approximately 2,500 people.

Valencia Borough is located in the Allegheny Plateau region of Pennsylvania. It is situated in the northern part of Allegheny County, approximately 20 miles north of Pittsburgh. The borough is bordered by the townships of Pine, McCandless, and Marshall. The borough is situated on a plateau that is approximately 1,000 feet above sea level. The terrain is mostly flat with some rolling hills. The borough is located in the Allegheny River watershed and is drained by several small streams.

Valencia Borough has a humid continental climate, with cold winters and hot, humid summers. The average annual temperature is around 50°F, with average highs in the summer reaching around 80°F and average lows in the winter reaching around 20°F. The average annual precipitation is around 40 inches, with most of it falling in the spring and summer months.

As of the 2010 census, the population of Valencia Borough was 2,521.
