Ridley Park Borough is a small borough located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. It is situated on the Delaware River, just south of the city of Philadelphia. The borough was incorporated in 1887 and is home to approximately 7,000 residents.
History
Ridley Park was originally part of the larger Ridley Township, which was established in 1687. The area was originally inhabited by the Lenni Lenape Native Americans, who were later displaced by European settlers.
