Meridian, Pennsylvania is a small borough located in the northwest corner of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It is situated along the Delaware River, just south of the New Jersey border. The borough was incorporated in 1874 and is home to a population of approximately 1,400 people.

Meridian is located at 40°19'N 75°10'W (40.3167, -75.1667). It is situated along the Delaware River, just south of the New Jersey border. The borough is bordered by the townships of Tinicum, Upper Makefield, and Lower Makefield. The total area of Meridian is 0.7 square miles, all of which is land.
The terrain of Meridian is mostly flat, with some rolling hills. The borough is located in the Delaware Valley, which is part of the Atlantic Coastal Plain. The climate is humid subtropical, with hot, humid summers and cold, wet winters.
