Lightstreet Summary

Street, Pennsylvania is a small borough located in Columbia County, Pennsylvania. It is situated in the Susquehanna Valley, approximately 10 miles northwest of Bloomsburg. The population of Lightstreet was 545 at the 2010 census.

History

Lightstreet was first settled in 1790 by a group of German immigrants. The town was originally known as “Light’s Town” after the first settler, John Light. The town was officially incorporated in 1845.
