Onward Summary
History
Onward is a small town located in Cass County, Indiana. It was founded in 1837 by a group of settlers from Ohio. The town was originally called "New Hope" but was later changed to Onward in 1845. The name was chosen to reflect the optimism of the settlers and their desire to move forward in life.
