Thomas Summary

Thomas, Oklahoma is a small town located in Custer County in the southwestern part of the state. It is situated at the intersection of U.S. Highway 183 and State Highway 33, approximately 20 miles south of Weatherford and 40 miles northwest of Oklahoma City. The town was founded in 1901 and named after the first postmaster, Thomas J. Smith.
