Truro is a small city located in the state of Iowa in the United States. It is located in the south-central part of the state, in the county of Cass. The city has a population of 1,845 people as of the 2010 census.

Geography

Truro is located at 41°25'N 94°45'W (41.4167, -94.7500). It is situated in the rolling hills of south-central Iowa, about 25 miles east of Des Moines. The city is located on the banks of the South Skunk River, which flows through the city. The city is surrounded by farmland and is located near the intersection of two major highways, Interstate 35 and U.S. Highway 6.
