Burnettown Summary

Burnettown is a small town located in Aiken County, South Carolina. It is situated along the Savannah River, just south of Augusta, Georgia. The town was founded in 1872 and named after the Burnett family, who were early settlers in the area. The population of Burnettown was 1,845 at the 2010 census.

Geography

Burnettown is located at 33°30'25" North, 81°58'45" West (33.506944, -81.979167). According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.2 square miles (3.1 km2), all of it land.
