Everman, Texas is a small city located in Tarrant County, Texas, United States. It is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington metropolitan area. The population was 4,085 at the 2010 census.

History

The area that is now Everman was first settled in the late 1800s. The town was named after William Everman, a local farmer who donated land for the town's first school. The town was officially incorporated in 1949.

Geography

Everman is located at 32°37'25" North, 97°17'45" West (32.623750, -97.295833). It is situated in the southeastern part of Tarrant County, approximately 15 miles south of downtown Fort Worth.
The city has a total area of 2.2 square miles, all of which is land. The terrain is mostly flat, with some rolling hills. The climate is humid subtropical, with hot summers and mild winters.

Economy
