Fidelity Summary

Fidelity is a small city located in St. Clair County, Missouri. It is situated on the banks of the Mississippi River, approximately 25 miles south of St. Louis. The city has a population of approximately 1,000 people and is part of the St. Louis metropolitan area.

History

Fidelity was founded in 1872 by a group of German immigrants who had settled in the area. The city was named after the Fidelity Bank of St. Louis, which had provided the settlers with financial assistance.
