Cleveland is a city located in White County, Georgia, United States. The population was 3,410 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of White County. The city is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

History

Cleveland was founded in 1857 as the county seat of White County. The city was named after Colonel Benjamin Cleveland, a hero of the American Revolutionary War. The city was incorporated in 1859.
