Preston Summary

Preston, Idaho is a small city located in the southeastern corner of the state, in Franklin County. It is situated in a valley surrounded by the Bear River Mountains to the east and the Cache National Forest to the west. The city is located about 40 miles northeast of Logan, Utah, and about 80 miles north of Salt Lake City, Utah. Preston is the county seat of Franklin County and is the largest city in the county.
