De Land Summary

De Land, Illinois is a small village located in the northern part of the state, in the county of DeKalb. It is situated on the banks of the Kishwaukee River, and is home to a population of just over 1,000 people. The village was founded in 1837, and has a rich history of industry and agriculture.

De Land has a strong agricultural economy, with many of the local farms producing corn, soybeans, and wheat.
