Conversely, both communities are more comparable in terms of median household income ($82,248 compared to $82,029, a difference of 0.27%), per capita income ($42,368 compared to $42,180, a difference of 0.45%), and householder income ages 25 - 44 years ($92,089 compared to $91,668, a difference of 0.46%).
