Greenwich, Ohio is a small village located in Huron County, Ohio. It is situated on the Huron River, approximately 10 miles south of Norwalk and about 40 miles west of Cleveland. The village has a population of approximately 1,000 people and covers an area of 0.6 square miles.

History

Greenwich was founded in 1817 by a group of settlers from Connecticut. The village was named after the town of Greenwich, Connecticut.
