Deshler Summary

Deshler is a village located in Henry County, Ohio, United States. The population was 1,845 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Toledo Metropolitan Statistical Area.

History

Deshler was founded in 1835 by John Deshler, a German immigrant. The village was originally known as Deshler Station, as it was a stop on the Toledo, Norwalk and Cleveland Railroad. The village was incorporated in 1867.
