Bradford Summary

Bradford, Ohio is a small village located in Miami County, Ohio. It is situated in the western part of the state, approximately 25 miles north of Dayton. The village has a population of approximately 1,500 people and covers an area of 0.8 square miles.

History

Bradford was founded in 1817 by a group of settlers from Pennsylvania. The village was named after the Bradford family, who were among the first settlers. The village was incorporated in 1837 and was the first village in Miami County to be incorporated.
