Lorraine Summary
Lorraine is a small town located in Jefferson County, New York. It is situated on the eastern shore of Lake Ontario, approximately 25 miles north of Watertown. The town was first settled in 1802 and was named after the wife of the first settler, John Lorraine. The town was officially incorporated in 1819.
