Introduction

Located in the heart of West Tennessee, the small town of Grand Junction is a rural community with a population of just over 500 people. The town is situated in the rolling hills of Hardeman County, and is surrounded by farmland and small towns. History

Grand Junction was founded in 1854 by a group of settlers from North Carolina. The town was named after the nearby Grand Junction Railroad, which was built in 1852. The railroad connected the town to Memphis, and was a major factor in the town’s growth.
