Markle Summary

Markle is a small town located in Huntington County, Indiana. It is situated in the northeastern part of the state, about 20 miles from Fort Wayne. The town has a population of approximately 1,500 people and is part of the Fort Wayne metropolitan area.

History

Markle was founded in 1851 by a group of settlers from Ohio. The town was named after the Markle family, who were among the first settlers.
