Eastman Summary

Eastman, Wisconsin is a small village located in Crawford County, Wisconsin. It is situated on the banks of the Kickapoo River, and is home to a population of just over 500 people. The village was founded in 1854 by a group of settlers from New York, and was named after the Eastman family, who were among the first settlers.

Geography

Eastman is located in the southwestern corner of Crawford County, Wisconsin, and is situated on the banks of the Kickapoo River. The village is surrounded by rolling hills and wooded areas, and is home to a variety of wildlife, including deer, turkey, and other small game. The village is located approximately 25 miles from the city of La Crosse, and is accessible by both US Highway 14 and Wisconsin State Highway 171.

Economy

Eastman’s economy is largely based on agriculture and tourism. The village is home to several small businesses, including a grocery store, a hardware store, and a few restaurants. The village also has a small industrial park, which is home to a few small manufacturing companies. The village is also home to a number of small farms, which produce a variety of crops, including corn, soybeans, and hay.
