Lindsay Summary

Lindsay, Oklahoma is a small town located in Garvin County, Oklahoma. It is situated about 40 miles south of Oklahoma City and is part of the larger metropolitan area. The town was founded in 1892 and was named after the daughter of the first postmaster, Mary Lindsay. The population of Lindsay was 1,845 as of the 2010 census.

Geography

Lindsay is located in the south-central part of Oklahoma, in Garvin County. It is situated at the intersection of State Highway 76 and State Highway 19.
