Mullens Summary

Mullens, West Virginia is a small town located in Wyoming County, in the southern part of the state. It is situated along the Guyandotte River, and is the county seat of Wyoming County. The town was founded in 1891, and was named after the Mullens family, who were early settlers in the area. The population of Mullens was 1,845 at the 2010 census.

Geography

Mullens is located at 37°45'25" North, 81°25'45" West (37.756944, -81.429167). According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.2 square miles (3.1 km2), all of it land.
