Cushman Summary

Cushman is a small town located in Independence County, Arkansas. It is situated in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains, approximately 20 miles south of Batesville. The town was founded in 1883 and was named after the Cushman family, who were early settlers in the area. The population of Cushman was estimated to be 545 in 2019.
