Bartley is a small village located in the southwestern corner of Nebraska, in Red Willow County. It is situated on the banks of the Republican River, and is surrounded by rolling hills and farmland. The population of Bartley was estimated to be around 300 people in 2000.

History

Bartley was founded in 1887 by a group of settlers from Iowa. The town was named after the first postmaster, John Bartley.
